Saving things from landfill with swopp

swopp is here to save unloved birthday gifts, and once-cherished
(but still very useful) objects from attics, backs of cupboards and landfill. 

Every other month there's a swopp event, where people can bring their 
unloved things, and other people can come and give those things a new home. 

I help with all the communications, writing press releases, opinion pieces
(on behalf of founder Dan Goodhind) for local papers, running their
social media and overall spreading the good word about swopp.
